Egg Salad Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hard-cooked egg yolk, chopped
6 hard-cooked egg whites, chopped
5 Tbsp. minced celery
1 Tbsp. minced fresh onion
3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise or fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp. yellow prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. turmeric
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation

Mix egg yolk, egg whites, celery, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, turmeric, salt, pepper and paprika until blended.
Spread on whole wheat bread.
Makes enough filling for 4 sandwiches.
