Onion Glorified Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings (1/2 c.)
6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat in hot oil, cook onion and half of chops 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove onion and chops; set aside.
Repeat with remaining chops. Pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine soup and water.
Heat to boiling.
Return onion and chops to skillet.
Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
