Velveeta Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium Idaho potatoes (do not peel)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. crispy bacon
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins until tender; cut into bite size pieces.
    Mix all ingredients but bacon.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
