Hot Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. hot sauce
    1/4 tsp. red wine vinegar
    chicken wings
    flour (if chicken is not pre-battered)
Preparation
    Make sauce by heating margarine, hot sauce and vinegar until margarine melts.
    Batter wings by dipping alternately in sauce and coating with flour or dip ready battered wings in sauce.
    Fry as usual. Sauce may be stored in refrigerator if not \"dipped in.\" Discard used sauce.
