Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry jello
    2 Tbsp. red hot candies
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir jello gelatin and red hot candies in boiling water until dissolved.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in apples, celery and walnuts.
    Chill until firm.
    (Serves 6 to 8.)
