Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix the flour and salt; stir into the butter mixture.
Add the chopped nuts.
Chill dough.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until set but not brown.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
