French Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. olive oil
    4 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon or 1 to 2 tsp. dried
    2 Tbsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss potatoes and onion.
    In small bowl, combine oil and vinegar.
    Add spices and stir.
    Pour over potatoes and mix gently.
    Let stand 1 hour.
