Old-Fashioned Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes and onion in boiling water, enough to cover them.
Boil for 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add 1/2 cup milk and remaining ingredients.
Add more milk, if needed, for desired consistency.
