Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

6 fryer breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken, cut into bite size pieces and line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with the chicken.
Combine the soup and sour cream; then spread over the chicken.
Crush the crackers and mix with the poppy seed.
Spread evenly over soup mixture.
Melt oleo and slowly drizzle over all crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
