Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 large bananas, mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg. Add mashed bananas.
    Mix well. Add soda, salt and flour.
    Mix well. Add nuts.
    Pour in normal size loaf pan (greased). Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for about 40 minutes.
