Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large whipped topping
2 small pkg. milk chocolate flavored instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add flour and nuts, then spread evenly over bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes for 350\u00b0.
Cool completely.
