Jack Daniels Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 1/2 tsp. milk
1 lb. white raisins
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Jack Daniels
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add beaten eggs and soda/milk mixture.
Sift dry ingredients together and add fruit.
Add butter mixture and slowly pour Jack Daniels while stirring.
Add nuts and drop small amounts on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
