Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Grease muffin tins.
    Whisk oil, milk, eggs and almond extract. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in another bowl.
    Add dry ingredients gradually to oil mixture.
    Add poppy seed.
    Pour into tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 30.
