Apple Blossom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
3 c. chopped apple, pealed
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
Next add flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 40 to 45 at 350\u00b0.
