Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained, then blotted
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 onion, chopped fine
    pecans, crushed (as desired)
Preparation
    Make sure the pineapple is well blotted. Mix all ingredients together, except the pecans, in a bowl using a spoon or spatula. Set in the refrigerator until hardened. Roll in crushed pecans.
