Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can Mexican corn
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    3 green jalapeno peppers, chopped real fine
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. Sunflower corn meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix in first 7 ingredients.
    Stir in sifted ingredients.
    Pour in a pan sprayed with Pam.
    Cook about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When gets done, turn bread upside-down on plate and cut up a stick of butter or margarine on top.
