Schnitzel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin (12 to 14 oz.)
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
3 c. prepared brown gravy
4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Trim tenderloin, removing any visible fat.
Cut in 4 pieces. Pound each piece to 1/4-inch thickness.
Dip into eggs, coat in flour and shake off excess.
