Baked Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen-type hash browns
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    Ritz or Town House crackers
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    chopped onions (optional)
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Put in potatoes (raw).
    Mix soup, sour cream and chopped onions (optional) together; pour over potatoes.
    Add shredded cheese on top.
    Add crushed crackers on top of cheese and top it all off by pouring the melted margarine over the crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
