Low Calorie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mandarin orange
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    4 1/4 oz. container nondairy topping
    1 container cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain oranges and crushed pineapple.
    Chop orange slices. Combine nondairy topping, cottage cheese and jello in a large bowl.
    Fold in well-drained orange slices, pineapple and nuts. Refrigerate.
