Cheese Rolls Or Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 medium size cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Let cheese set at room temperature.
    Work together when soft. Add salt, pecans and garlic.
    Mix well.
    Roll in 5 rolls or 2 balls.
    Roll in chili powder, parsley leaves or paprika.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill.
    Slice and serve on crackers.
    Will freeze good.
