Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar together until fluffy.
    Mix in the zucchini, nuts and vanilla.
    Sift the flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together and stir into egg mixture.
    Bake in two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
