Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Cut steak in small strips.
    Sprinkle with tenderizer and let stand 10 minutes.
    Place in foil.
    Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle dry gravy mix over steak.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Wrap with foil.
    Bake for 20 minutes in hot oven at 425\u00b0.
    Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour longer.
