Mushroom Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
    1 small can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Mix 2 bouillon cubes in hot water and set aside until mixed well.
    Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter after chopping up.
    In a medium casserole dish, mix all ingredients and stir well.
    Salt to taste.
    Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
