Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 (No. 2) can white cream corn
    2 jars sharp cheese spread
    2 c. cooked rice
    4 eggs
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 can pimento
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 casseroles (1 1/2-quart size).
