Oven-Fried Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken breast, split
2 slices Swiss cheese, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
2 slices ham, lean and sliced thin
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise (low-fat)
paprika
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Pound each half breast between plastic wrap until it is thin enough to roll.
Use ready to eat ham.
Trim off fat.
On each half chicken breast, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
Roll up and rotate first in mayonnaise, then in crumbs.
Should be lightly coated.
