Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar; beat well.
Add eggs and continue beating. Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
Add walnuts to the sifted flour mixture.
Add nuts and dry ingredients to the oil mixture, then fold in grated carrots.
Pour cake mix into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Refrigerate cake after frosting.
