Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cooked, deboned chicken
    1 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can tomatoes with green chiles, chopped (Ro-Tel)
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated (for topping)
Preparation
    Tear tortilla shells in pieces.
    In 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer the tortillas, chicken, soups and cheese.
    Repeat until all are used.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
