Creme De Menthe Bars(3 Layer Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. oil
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Melt chocolate in oil.
Mix with brown sugar, eggs, flour, salt and soda.
Spread in greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes and cool.
