Macadamia Nut And White Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs, at room temperature
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. white chocolate, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment or aluminum foil; set aside.
    Sift flour, baking soda and salt into a medium bowl; set aside.
