Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heaping c. zucchini
    4 eggs or pkg. Egg Beaters
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1 large onion, diced
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    10 to 12 slices cheese (American or Alpine)
Preparation
    Slice the zucchini with the skin real thin or grate it. Throw all ingredients in large
    bowl
    and
    mix
    well.
    Put
    in greased pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until brown.
    Let stand for 20 minutes.
