Chocolate Cappuccino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot Espresso or strong coffee
    dash of salt
    1 c. milk
    grated orange peel
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 oz. chopped unsweetened chocolate
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Stir Espresso, sugar and salt in 4 cup measure. Add chocolate. Microwave, uncovered, on High 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted and can be stirred in smooth.
    Stir in milk.
    Microwave, uncovered 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
    Beat with hand mixer until foamy. Top each serving with whipped cream. Sprinkle with orange peel. Yields 4 servings.
