Oven Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 c. apple pulp
8 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Cook 3 1/2 hours.
Stir every 1/2 to 1 hour while cooking.
Put in hot jars and seal.
