Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans (whole)
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Whip the egg white and water until frothy, not stiff.
    Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Pour over nuts. Fold into egg white and water.
    Spread in a single layer onto cookie sheet. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
