Shrimp Newburg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cream or milk
3 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt, paprika and a dash of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Prepare shrimp.
Melt butter; stir in flour.
Stir in cream slowly.
When sauce is thick, stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce and shrimp.
Stir until well heated.
Season with salt, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Add sherry right before serving.
