Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    2 medium apples, cored and chopped
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (1/3 c.)
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine fruits; set aside.
    In a small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate.
    Beat well with rotary beater until blended (1 to 2 minutes).
    Mix in sour cream.
    Fold into fruit mixture.
    Cover and chill several hours.
