Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked yellow squash, mashed
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch]
1/2 c. milk
2 c. herb seasoned dressing (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation

To squash, add cornstarch.
Mix salt, pepper, onion, cheese, milk and dressing.
Mix and then stir in margarine and eggs.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
