Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 large apples, peeled and sliced thin (tart green apples)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Lightly grease and flour tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    In bowl, beat together until smooth flour, sugar, oil, eggs, salt, orange juice,
    vanilla and baking powder.
    In a separate bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and sugar.
    Put a layer of batter in pan and add a layer of apples, repeating layers three times and ending with apples.
    Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes.
