Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef or pork roast
    1 medium onion
    2 clove garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook roast in crock-pot.
    In big heavy saucepan, heat butter, onion and garlic cloves.
    Stir constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boil.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in meat. Warm on low heat.
