Stuffed Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Vidalia onions, peeled *
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, sliced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
Preparation
    *Substitute any large, sweet onions if Vidalias are not available.
