Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
3 mashed bananas
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour with 1 teaspoon soda.
Cream the sugar and margarine.
Mix eggs and bananas.
Add nuts.
Pour into 1 loaf pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
Yields 1 loaf.
