Teriyaki Steak(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions and tops
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 clove minced garlic
Preparation
    Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, onions, garlic and ginger.
    Pour over steak and marinate at least 6 hours, 24 hours in refrigerator, turning several times.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
