Honey-Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix milk, oil, egg and honey.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Blend until moistened.
    Bake in greased muffin tins 15 to 18 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 1 dozen.
    Serve warm.
    Can be frozen.
