Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    paprika
    4 lbs onions, medium, yellow
    10 lbs chickens, cooked
    5 lbs grated cheese, American
    3 T garlic powder
    3 T chili powder
    5 lbs tomatoes & green chili, Rotel
    1 gal soup, cream of chicken
    3 lbs tortillas, corn, 6 inch
    1 lb American grated cheese
Preparation
    Finely chop onions and lightly saute.
    Mix together onions, bite-size chicken pieces, grated cheese, spices, mashed Rotel tomatoes, and chicken soup.
    Cut tortillas in quarters.
    Layer in shallow pan as follows:
    1 qt chicken mixture, 60 tortilla quarters, 2 qt chicken mixture, 60 tortilla quarters, 3 qt chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and top each pan with 1/2 lb grated cheese.
    Continue baking for 5 more minutes.
