Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pound chicken into 1/4-inch thickness and cut into strips. Heat oil in large skillet until hot.
    Dip chicken in egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Fry over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until golden.
    Drain on paper towels.
