Chicken And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    2 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
    1 stalk fresh broccoli
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Preparation
    In a large skillet, add Wesson oil.
    Let skillet get hot. Flour the chicken; salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown well on both sides until golden brown.
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Add rice and stir until done.
