Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sirloin roast
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 to 1 c. water
    garlic powder
    Italian seasoning
    sliced Swiss cheese
    Gulden's mustard or barbecue sauce
    french rolls (sliced)
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with spices (generous amount) on all sides.
    Cut onion and place in crock-pot with beef.
    Pour water into crock-pot and cover.
    Cook overnight and all next day.
    Use a fork to break up beef during next day.
    Serve on french rolls with sauce of choice and a slice of Swiss.
