Macaroni Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
2 1/2 lb. cheese (American), cut in cubes
1 c. milk (whole or skim)
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/4 stick margarine or butter
Preparation

Bring 4 cups water to boil, adding salt to taste.
Add macaroni to boiling water; cook until tender.
Pour in strainer to drain all water, then place in pot.
Add cheese and eggs immediately.
Mix ingredients to melt cheese.
Add pepper and additional
salt, if needed; blend well.
Pour in 1.5 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
