Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks celery
    2 medium green peppers
    2 medium onions
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
    2 to 3 chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. soy sauce (approximately)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
    Heat oil in skillet. Put in vegetables and stir-fry.
    Then add chicken broth.
    Make thickening with cornstarch and slowly pour into skillet and stir. Then add chicken, bean sprouts and soy sauce.
    Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
