Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Rack height second to lowest level.
    Using big aluminum roasting pan or broiler, wrap outside of pan in heavy-duty foil and crunch down around top.
    Put 1-inch of water in roasting pan.
    Combine first 4 ingredients:
    crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter.
    Press in spring-form pan.
    Beat cream cheese and add condensed milk.
    Beat slowly until smooth.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix 1/2 cup mini chips with flour and then swirl into mixture.
    Pour mixture on crust.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup chips on top. Bake 1 hour until center is set.
    When done, ease foil away from pan.
    Set on a rack; cool to room temperature.
    Run knife around the pan and release.
    Refrigerate.
