Ground Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 lb. sugar
1 lb. ground pecans (4 1/2 c. whole pecans)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Add cinnamon; fold in ground pecans.
Set aside 6 tablespoons of egg whites with sugar before adding cinnamon.
Top each cookie with a small amount.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Dropping by teaspoon makes 10 to 12 dozen.
